We have a proven administration policy in place to ensure that we collect rent payments as and when they are due. This includes actively pursuing any rent arrears and working constructively with tenants to ensure that all payments are made on time.

This policy appreciates the importance of keeping a good working relationship with tenants and achieving a balance between active rent collection and solving problems to ensure a positive conclusion for both landlord and tenant.
Reminder letters are sent and a property visit made for any missed payments to ensure our policies are adhered to.
Effective Recovery
On the rare occasions, that payments are missed our professional rent collection service promptly initiates legal action to actively pursue arrears.
