Maintenance
We adopt a flexible approach to planned maintenance and building works and are willing to take responsibility for the entire process or work with residents or freeholders of commercial property to either deal with specific areas or provide support to assist clients who wish to deal directly with works.
Experience
We have experience in preparing specifications for routine maintenance and also have a range of professional contacts to assist with more technical work.
We routinely carry out Section 20 Consultation for works and deal with budgeting and the control of cashflow during the implementation of a program of works
Practical Assistance
We encourage clients to prepare maintenance plans and stress the importance of preparing a comprehensive plan as the first step in accurate service charge budgeting.
Over the years we have established relationships with a significant number of contractors and local tradesmen and are invariably able to put forward a suitable contractor to assist with most areas of work.
